1. My team/organization has rooms reserved but I do not see my team name listed when I go under the Tournament section:
Please first create an account with the email address your team has on file.
Once you log-in your teams hotel & tournament listings will populate under
the My Tournaments header.
2. Do I have to create an EPN Travel Services Account?
Yes, by creating an account - you can access to your reservations
anytime online and make changes until the cutoff date.
3. How do I know my reservation was processed correctly?
Once you click the register button on the last page you will receive
an email from sports@epntravel.com outlining your reservation. If you
do not receive this email within 48 hours of registering, please do not
re-register, please email jwagner@edprog.com.
4. When will I receive my hotel confirmation number?
All reservations will be submitted to the hotel on the listed cutoff dates.
You will receive an email from sports@epntravel.com that will have
individual hotel confirmation numbers at least one (1) week prior to arrival
dates.
5. Why wasn't I asked to give a credit card number during the reservation process?
EPN does not collect credit card information during the reservation process for
security reasons. EPN Travel will guarantee your hotel reservation for late arrival;
you will be responsible for providing a method of payment at check-in for all charges.
With the exception of advance deposit reservations - for these reservations a secure link
will be provided for you to make payments to EPN Travel Services - Click Here for the Link.
6. What if I need more than 1 room?
You do not need to register twice unless you are making reservations under different
names. If you need more than one (1) room and are putting all under the same name,
we ask that you notate in the comments section the number of rooms you would like us
to book for you.
7. What if I need to make a change to my reservation?
All changes can be made by logging into your account, click on Bookings and then view
the reservation you wish to modify, make the change and then update the booking.
You will then receive an email from sports@epntravel.com notifying you that your
reservation has been changed.
8. What if I need to cancel my reservation?
All cancellations can be made by logging into your account, click on Cancel and then Ok
to confirm the cancellation. You will then receive an email from sports@epntravel.com
notifying you that the reservation has been cancelled.
9. What if I missed the deadline to make a reservation?
Once the cutoff date has passed EPN Travel will try our best to accommodate your
request, however we cannot guarantee the group rate or availability. Any reservation
requests after the cutoff date must be submitted in writing to jwagner@edprog.com.
10. What if I have a special request (Rollaway, Refrigerator, Next to Another Family, etc)?
All requests should be notated in the comments field of your reservation. We will address
all special requests with the hotel when the rooming list is submitted and advise upon the
the status when we email you a confirmation number.
